What the investigation is, what it is not, and what happens after you hand us the starting point.
01
What exactly are you investigating?
The customer journey across the surfaces a real customer uses: search, maps, social, website, calls, WhatsApp, booking and the hand-offs between them. The scope starts with the business and the trail we agree to follow.
02
Is this another marketing audit?
No. We are not starting with a checklist or a dashboard score. We start as a customer, document what actually happens, preserve the evidence and identify the points where intent, trust or action breaks.
03
What do I need before the call?
Very little. Bring the business name and whichever website, profile, listing or customer path matters most. If you already suspect a problem, tell us. If you do not, that is fine too.
04
Why is the first meeting only 15 minutes?
The first call is a hand-off, not the investigation itself. We use it to understand the business, establish the starting point and avoid wasting your time with a generic discovery meeting.
05
What happens after the call?
We follow the agreed customer trail, record evidence and map the friction we can substantiate. Where a useful intervention can be demonstrated, we may also build or test a better path rather than stopping at a recommendation.
06
Can we start on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. For a fast first contact, WhatsApp is available from the booking page. A scheduled call is better when the journey needs context, but you do not have to force yourself through a form.
07
Do you guarantee more leads or sales?
No invented promises. We can document the journey, show the evidence, identify observable friction and test changes. Business outcomes depend on many things outside a single investigation, so claims should follow measured evidence.
ENOUGH READING.
Bring the business. We'll find the trail.
Start with what you know. Fifteen minutes is enough for the hand-off.
