Delete data
or revoke access.
Pausing publishing, revoking a provider authorization and deleting information held by YET are different actions. This page explains each route.
Stop future scheduled activity
Pause the relevant account and cancel eligible pending posts in Social OS. Pausing stops future publishing activity for that connection; it is not deletion of stored credentials or historical information.
Revoke a platform connection
Use the connected platform's app/permissions settings to revoke authorization. Google access can be revoked at Google account connections. Other platforms provide their own connected-app or authorization settings. Revocation can prevent future actions but does not automatically remove YET-held records or posts already published on the platform.
Request deletion from YET
Email privacy@notacompanynameyet.com with the subject “YET Social OS data deletion”.
- the email used for your workspace;
- the connected platform and account name;
- whether you want one connection, selected uploads or the entire workspace removed.
We verify your authority before acting. Once verified, we stop eligible pending activity and remove the relevant active records, credentials and stored objects through the applicable administrative process. We explain any limited retention required for security or applicable obligations and confirm the outcome through the verified contact channel.
A deletion request to YET does not remove a post already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or another independently operated platform. Remove that content within the platform itself.
What deletion can involve
Depending on the request, the operational process can involve workspace/account records, stored authorization credentials, eligible queue records, uploaded media and relevant history. Provider logs and backups can follow their own retention cycles. We do not represent a database-row deletion as deletion of every independent storage object, credential or third-party copy.
Need help?
