Terms of Service.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization or client, you must have authority to act for that party. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may connect only accounts, Pages, channels or locations you own or are authorized to manage. Keep application access secure, provide accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Access may be restricted to approved users; do not assume an invitation grants access to other customers' workspaces.

The service provides supported tools for account connections, content preparation, previews, scheduling and delivery tracking. Availability depends on the implemented feature, provider access, account eligibility, granted permissions and service capacity. An integration shown in configuration may still require platform approval or account testing.

The current TikTok feature transfers a user-selected video to TikTok's inbox after approval. You complete editing and publication within TikTok. An upload receipt or “awaiting confirmation” state is not a promise that a public post exists. Direct Post is not included in that workflow.

You choose the content, destination and schedule. Review text, media, captions, rights, privacy choices and the destination before authorizing delivery. You remain responsible for content generated with an AI assistant and for the accuracy of claims, disclosures and account permissions. Previews are aids and may differ from final rendering on the social network.

Scheduling an approved item authorizes the server to process and submit it at the selected time or during permitted retries. Publication can occur while your device is offline. Cancel eligible pending items or pause publishing if you no longer want that action. Cancellation cannot necessarily recall a provider request already submitted. Check both YET and the destination if a result is uncertain before retrying a post.

You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You grant YET the limited permission needed to store, display, prepare, transmit and process it for the features and destinations you request. You must possess the permissions necessary for any images, videos, music, trademarks, personal information and other material you supply. The service does not grant a license to third-party content merely because it can be uploaded.

Do not use the service to impersonate others, obtain unauthorized account access, spam, distribute malicious material, violate intellectual-property/privacy rights, publish unlawful content or evade a platform's restrictions. Do not use connected-platform data for unauthorized surveillance, resale or unrelated profiling. Do not attempt to extract secrets, interfere with other workspaces or bypass security controls. Each connected network's applicable rules continue to apply.

YET is independently operated. A connection does not imply endorsement or partnership with a social network. Platforms may change APIs, rate limits, available formats, approval conditions or account eligibility; they may reject content, revoke permissions or suspend accounts. We may adjust or suspend affected features accordingly. We cannot guarantee reach, engagement, sales, approval or exact publication timing.

When you use YouTube features, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy also applies. Other connected platforms' terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. Revoking an authorization can prevent subsequent actions but does not delete already-published content.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, stored authorization credentials, infrastructure and request procedures. Current media delivery can expose uploaded files through public URLs; do not use it for confidential storage. Keep your own copies of important content. Pausing a connection is different from revocation or deletion. Use the Data Deletion instructions for a verified deletion request.

No paid Social OS subscription or automatic renewal is established in the current release. A paid offering will require clearly presented prices, billing arrangements, cancellation conditions and any applicable refund terms before you agree to purchase it. These Terms are not authorization for an undisclosed charge. Free access can have capacity limits; applicable limits must be described honestly.

The service may experience interruptions, errors, provider failures or maintenance. Features can be changed or withdrawn as necessary to operate the service or comply with provider requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, platform approval or any particular business outcome. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized use, a security incident, a material breach or provider requirements. You may stop using the service and request workspace closure through the published contact process. Stopping use alone does not delete content already stored or posted. Relevant retention/deletion provisions are described in the Privacy Policy.

Material service or Terms changes will be described through the website or an appropriate service communication. Updated Terms show their effective date. Contact us first with a description of a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Mandatory applicable consumer and other legal rights are preserved.
