Track delivery honestly.
Scheduled, processing, published, blocked and awaiting confirmation are different states. A successful transfer or provider receipt is not automatically described as a public post.

Why the distinction matters.
YET tracks upload and confirmed publication separately. Where a provider or test environment cannot confirm public publication, the workspace keeps that uncertainty visible instead of manufacturing a success state.

Your accounts. Your approval.
Use Social OS only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Existing controls can pause future publishing and cancel eligible queued items. Revoking a provider connection and requesting deletion are separate actions; use the published deletion process when you want YET-held information removed.
Know how uploaded media is delivered.
The current delivery system can use publicly retrievable object URLs so a selected social network can fetch an image or video. Anyone with that object URL may be able to retrieve the file. Do not use Social OS as confidential file storage or upload sensitive personal material that is inappropriate for this delivery model.
Controlled access while integrations are validated.
Social OS is currently restricted to approved users while platform integrations, reviewer access and operational controls are validated. We do not advertise open self-service signup, platform partnership, guaranteed approval, guaranteed reach or features that have not been verified.
